Summer 2022 - Online Workshops for Adults

Your schedule is very busy, so you're looking for flexible options? Join our online workshops this Summer!

You can mix & match between workshops to join online sessions now and then, when you feel like practicing a specific skill. Sign up for a series of 5 bite-size workshops (45mn each). You can also contact us to join just one workshop on an à la carte basis ($25/45mn workshop).

Please note that a minimum of 3 participants is required before a specific workshop can be confirmed.

IMPORTANT: As our workshops rely on the use of dedicated virtual classrooms, a separate annual fee is due to gain access to our online learning platform. You will have access to the detailed curriculum in your virtual classrooms, as well as to learning resources relevant for each workshop.

If you prefer focusing only on activities and discussions posted in your virtual classrooms without actually joining live video calls, you can do that too!

Current workshops available - please note you must RSVP at least 72h in advance so we can send you the video conference link on time.
Students will be grouped in False Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced level groups depending on their level.

• Fridays from 10am to 10.45am - Cultural Immersion Workshops: September 2
• Fridays from 10am to 10.45am - Reading comprehension Workshops: August 26, September 9
• Tuesdays from 18.30pm to 19.15pm - All themes listed above: August 23 (Reading Comprehension), August 30 (Listening Comprehension), September 6 (Conversation).

Listening comprehension Workshops: These workshops will rely on authentic resources taken from TV or radio programs presenting a topic of interest, related to current events or cultural topics giving you the chance to learn more about France and other French speaking countries.

Reading comprehension Workshops: These workshops will rely on authentic resources taken from magazines or newspapers presenting a topic of interest, related to current events or cultural topics giving you the chance to learn more about France and other French speaking countries.

Conversation Workshops: These workshops will rely on authentic resources related to current events giving you the chance to learn more about France and other French speaking countries. Before each workshop, you will need to discover the chosen topics so you can discuss it with your peers.

Cultural Immersion Workshops: These workshops will rely on authentic resources related to cultural topics giving you the chance to learn more about France and other French speaking countries. Before each workshop, you will need to discover the chosen topics so you can discuss it with your peers.
